Victor Bruno:
FSO-NS - Navigation Systems
FSO-VE - Vessel Examinations

When Victor wasn’t hiking in the foothills above Pasadena as a child, he was swimming in the waters of Newport Beach. While he was attending San Diego State University, he took the beginner, intermediate, and keel boat sailing classes (and actually earned college credits!) and instantly decided that the Coast Guard must be a part of his life.

Victor is currently RBS, VE, Aids to Navigation, and Boat Crew qualified. He is certified for the FEMA Incident Command System at levels 100 and 700 and is working on upcoming programs with the Auxiliary.

Victor is a Senior at California State University, Fullerton, majoring in Criminal Justice. Victor has also worked for the California State University Police and the Pasadena City College Police departments and is pursuing a career with law enforcement and as an officer with the Coast Guard.
