Jonathon B. Smaby:
VFC - Vice Flotilla Commander
Jonathan Smaby grew up in the 1970's and 80's around the military as the son of an
Air Force pilot, and lives in the Inland Empire. He commutes to Marina
Del Rey for Coast Guard Auxiliary related activities. Jonathan is
also an Information Technology data systems engineer for the Claremont
Colleges,has a degree in Electrical Engineering, and spends at much
time as he can on the water with boat crew operations. Jonathan has recently
acquired radio communications qualifications with Telecommunications
Operator and Auxiliary Communications exams. VFC Smaby
is also a proud member of Flotilla 12-04's Color Guard.
